Marcello Ceci is the owner of this beautiful estate, and his Lambruscos are considered some of the best (if not the best) of the Emilia-Romagna region. Ariola uses innovative farming and harvesting methods, all while simultaneously upholding traditional viticulture practices. They harvest fruit from the vine with extreme care in order to preserve the valuable contents of each cluster during the pressing. The presence of must in large vats allows for optimal fermentation, giving life to the wine that is then aged and bottled. Special care is always taken in order to ensure top quality both in the bottle and on the palate.
